DISCHARGE DEVICE ICC1000

This type of devices is intended for use as a charge for storage batteries regardless if they are starting or traction batteries. The device allows a support of current of up to 1000 А by battery voltage from 2 to 12 V with high precision for a long period of time.

The devices have built-in operating modes, which are standard DIN EN 50342. This is a standard for testing of car batteries. Addition to the modes by customer order or writing down of a complex task, which complements the built-in modes is possible too. For the writing of user tasks is necessary to use the software pack Cycle Tool. A standard device supports 3 modes which can be launched and configured from the operation device panel and remotely from a PC (LAN, Internet) using the software pack Cycle Tool.

The built-in modes are standard DIN EN 50342 for car batteries testing. According to the standards, the devices support 3 operating modes:

• Mode 1: Charge with constant current for specific time
• Mode 2: Charge with constant current up to specific voltage
• Mode 3: Charge with constant current for specific time, adjustable pause, charge with constant current up to specific voltage

In case of need of other operating modes the following capabilities are offered:

• adding of modes by customer order;
• giving the customer the opportunity to create an operating mode, called user mode.
• for creating of a user mode is necessary to use the software pack Cycle Tool Prof.

The CYCLE device family is manufactured by the RING Engineering company to the order of the Austrian company ABR-Lab.
