FORMING DEVICE FOR BATTERIES BKF530
Devices from this class are intended
for forming of lead acid batteries. Users of this device class are companies,
which manufacture batteries.
The advantages of the devices of our
company are:
- DC/DC design, which allows high
efficiency (>90% by loading over 25%).
- devices are with output voltage
of 500 VDC, which allows simultaneous forming of up to 144 consecutively connected
cells (24 pieces of 12V batteries)
- minimal current and voltage
pulsations in comparison to classical forming devices with thyristors, which
is the reason for better characteristics of the batteries.
- built-in MODBUS communication,
allowing connection to computer for full device control, as well as
plugging the device into standard SCADA system.
- optional module for monitoring
the electrolyte temperature and/or regulation of cooling valves.
- Capability of adjusting and
saving 40 programs with 15 steps each. Programmes can be adjusted from the
built-in operation panel as well as via PC (through MODBUS).
