6-CHANNEL THERMO CONTROLLER TR604
TR604 is a 6-channel
microprocessor-based controller for control of heating/cooling systems.
Its main characteristics comprise:

6 control channels
·
the controller provides control of 6 independent circuits
·
separate indication and buttons for each channel
·
the input variable values and the six-channel controller values can be simultaneously monitored.
·
easy adjustment and configuration. The adjustment of the parameters is carried
out by a hierarchy menu system. The parameters are saved in the non-volatile memory.
·
universal pulse power supply. The pulse power supply has a wide range of
input voltage, which renders it protected against short-lived transient industrial
interferences.
·
universal analogue inputs. The universal analogue inputs of TR604 support 6 types of thermocouples, 1 type
of thermistor as well as a voltage input. The type of input is preset via keyboard
and does not require any change of jumpers or any other intervention. Some
models are available featuring galvanic separation of the control section from
the analogue inputs.
·
two-position control by means of hysteresis or PID control law. Each
channel operates as a two-position controller or as a PID controller with autonomous
task adjustments, type of input, parameters etc.
·
processing of alarm situations. The built-in alarm output (one for the 6
channels) operates when an emergency situation occurs in any of the channels. This
allows for the TR604 to be used as a component from a complex control system.
·
a built-in communication. The models with RS232 and RS485 interface and RI485
protocol of “RING Engineering” allow connection to another controller of the said
company, as well as using a computer for adjusting and monitoring the controller
parameters. These characteristics turn it essentially into a combination of six
one-channel controllers in one housing serviced by one power supply, but at a
lower cost. The controller is suitable for applications demanded for the
control of three to six zones, for example in the case with molding pressure
guns, automatic blow-molding machines and others.
