7/9-CHANNEL PHASE CONTROLLER TR604M
TR604M is a 7/9-channel
microprocessor-based heating controller, which operates on the principle of
phase control of the network voltage. It is suitable for applications where it
is impossible to place sensor for measuring the regulated temperature. The task
is supported by measuring and compensating of interfering factors – change of
the network voltage and the surrounding temperature. The general characteristics
of TR604M are:
The controller allows a control of 7/9 independent
temperature zones.
- support of constant force over
the charges. After measuring the voltage values of the three phases, TR604M
corrects the output voltage for each zone so it maintains the output force
as a constant.
- compensating the influence of
the surrounding temperature. The controller has a built-in sensor for
measuring the surrounding temperature. By implementing of a temperature
coefficient it is possible to compensate the influence of the surrounding
temperature over the temperature of the zones.
- analogue inputs at 220V. The analogue
inputs of the TR604M are directly connected to the phases of the network
voltage without any outer converters.
- adjusting the phase of the
outputs. For each channel it is adjusted to which phase of the network voltage
is connected the charge of the corresponding output.
- separate indication and buttons
for 6 of the channels. For monitoring and adjusting the tasks there is a
separate indication and buttons for 6 of the temperature zones.
- easy adjustment and
configuration process. For adjusting the tasks there are allocated two
buttons per channel. The values are saved in a non-volatile memory.
- universal pulse power supply.
The pulse power supply has a wide range of input voltage, which renders it
protected against short-lived transient industrial interferences.
- the controller is suitable for control
of temperature zones of inflating machines for PET bottles (preforms).
