PLC "MAK"

MAK is a compact, fast and convenient programmable controller. In one box are installed power supply, communication, inputs and outputs, a clock, a display and a keyboard. The main characteristics of MAK3 are:

• built- in operator interface The controller has a 4- digit display, two users LED's, and four keys for data entering and four function keys. The user may take advantage of the built in menu or to build one by self. The functional keys may be used as command buttons, what reduces requirements of external buttons.
• possibility for programming the controller by the display and the keyboard built in The user can program the controller easy and conveniently without utilizing PC, by using special step language IRING.
• built- in communication MAK3 support RI485 protocol, which allows the controller to be connected to other RING devices or PC for data collection and visualization. Loading program or menu configuration may be made via communication too.
• real time clock The real time clock allows controller to be used in application for data archives, timers and etc.
• I/O expansion In large application the model MAK33x may be expanded with additional I/O modules - powerful outputs MAK3 has models with 24VDC / 2A outputs. These outputs are short current and over temperature protected. This allows direct control of actuators, valves and etc.
• resistance to industrial noise MAK3 has isolation between the power supply, the inputs, the outputs, the communication and the processor.

These entire characteristics make MAK3 a powerful automation device for mini and mid range applications.The controller is suitable for plastic- processing machines, automation of packing machines, bottle-blowing systems, and wood-processing machines.
