DISPENSERS FOR WATER for bakery

The dispenser-mixers DT25 are used in kneading the dough to produce certain amount of water to a certain temperature. This is accomplished by mixing of hot and cold water in a separate vessel, installed downstream of the device.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS

TR604 temperature controller is used to control the furnaces and ovens up to 6 temperature zones. TR604M is 7/9-channel power regulator. BTR4 is 2-channel temperature controller with the possibility of various additional functions.
